PLUS collects three categories of information. First, form submissions on this site: brand name, contact details, monthly ad spend, services of interest, and goals. Second, client engagement data ingested from Meta Ads, Shopify, and Bosta during the course of reporting. Third, authentication metadata required to operate the client dashboard, such as email address and sign-in timestamps.
Information is used to evaluate fit on new inquiries, prepare onboarding, operate live client dashboards, deliver scheduled reporting, and improve the service. PLUS does not sell prospect or client data, and does not use it for advertising outside the engagements it directly supports.
PLUS relies on the following subprocessors to deliver the service: Meta (Marketing API for ad-performance data), Shopify (Admin API for order and product data), Bosta (delivery and RTO data), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Resend (transactional email). Each subprocessor handles data under its own published terms; PLUS only forwards what is required to produce reporting.
The public site uses Vercel Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track individual users. The client dashboard uses essential cookies for sign-in sessions only — no advertising cookies are set. Inquiry submissions are retained for up to 24 months from last contact. Client engagement data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months for tax and audit purposes, after which it is deleted.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing the address below. Some subprocessors are located outside Egypt, including the European Union and the United States. PLUS only works with subprocessors that publish adequate data-protection commitments and that grant equivalent access rights.
