The PLUS public site is provided for evaluation, inquiry, and learning about the service. The client dashboard is restricted to authorized client accounts and PLUS operators. Attempting to access another client's data, the underlying infrastructure, or accounts you have not been assigned is not permitted.
Commercial scope, deliverables, payment terms, account access, intellectual property, and exit terms are governed by a separate written agreement signed with each client. These public terms do not replace that agreement; in case of conflict, the signed client agreement controls.
PLUS retains ownership of its methodology, internal tools, dashboard software, and reporting frameworks. Clients retain ownership of their brand, creative assets, customer data, and underlying ad accounts and store data. License to specific deliverables is defined in the signed client agreement.
Case studies, screenshots, and metrics shown on the public site describe past or illustrative outcomes. They are not guarantees of future results. Performance depends on the brand, market conditions, the client's operations, product fit, and execution discipline.
The public site and dashboard are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, PLUS's total liability for any claim arising from this site or the service is limited to the fees paid by the affected client to PLUS in the twelve months preceding the claim. Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the signed client agreement, after which data retention follows the privacy notice above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be brought before the competent courts of Cairo. PLUS may update these terms; the 'Last updated' date below indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or dashboard after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
