01The problem
The brand came to PLUS in launch phase: product ready, no sales history, and no read on which categories the market actually wanted. Launch-phase budget is the easiest money in ecommerce to waste — there is no baseline to scale against, and every category looks equally promising right up until one of them pays.
02What we did
Treated the launch window as a test, not a campaign. Ran spend across categories to find which ones pulled and which ones didn't, then concentrated budget behind the winners instead of spreading it evenly across the catalogue. Hit the 100-order milestone first, then compounded that base into 454 orders in a single month at a 2.26% store conversion rate.
+264% revenue and +236% orders in a single month after onboarding — launch phase to a repeatable six-figure month.
03What compounded
November 2025 closed at EGP 662K on 454 orders — +264% revenue and +236% order growth in one month. The brand moved from launch-phase volume to a repeatable six-figure monthly run-rate, and the category read that produced it is the part that keeps paying: budget now starts where demand has already proved itself.
