Questions answered
How does onboarding work?
PLUS starts with a fit review, then maps accounts, storefronts, delivery data, reporting cadence, and the first growth priority before launch.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes — long enough to diagnose, ship, and prove a full growth cycle. The exact term is set in writing before work starts.
What data does PLUS touch?
Ad accounts, Shopify performance, delivery and RTO data, and creative performance. Access is scoped to your workspace, and you can revoke it any time.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You own your ad accounts, pixels, and store. Always. PLUS operates with the access needed to manage and report.
How often do we get reporting?
The dashboard is live around the clock. The operating read lands weekly — and priority moves don't wait for it; they're flagged the day they show up.
Who owns creative IP?
Yours. Creative made for your brand belongs to your brand — and the signed agreement says so.
What are the exit terms?
A notice period, a clean handover, and everything stays yours — accounts, pixels, creative, data. The terms are written into the agreement before work begins, not negotiated on the way out.
What is the pricing range?
No public rate card. Scope comes first — stage, spend, and what needs to move — and PLUS takes a small number of brands each quarter. Pricing is then proposed to fit, in writing, before any work starts.
Can PLUS work with an internal team?
Yes. PLUS can act as the operating layer around an internal founder, marketer, designer, or ecommerce team.
